6. Obligations of Members A] Membership is Annual and Continuous and applicants will only be accepted on that basis. This is regardless of whether membership fees are paid annually, quarterly or in any other way made available by the club from time to time. B] Membership fees will be payable in Pounds Sterling by credit or debit card. C] The club operates a continuous membership policy.A renewal reminder letter is sent out at the end of each year of membership and if the next year’s membership is not declined by the member, the wish to renew will be assumed and a renewal fee will automatically be charged to the credit or debit card listed for a member. (See paragraph H below). D] Non-payment of fees or other bills for any reason will result in suspension of membership, of entitlement to concessions and access to the web site until the position is rectified. E] Members agree to keep their personal information as held by the club updated at all times, particularly in regard to credit card and contact details. F] Where members bring non-member guests to events, members will be responsible for their behaviour and adherence to club rules and any unpaid bills incurred by them at an event. G] Where a dress code is specified for an event, members will endeavour to comply and may be excluded from attendance for non-compliance. H] Membership is Annual and Continuous. Resignation from the Club will only be effective at the end of any given year of membership - regardless of payment method. Written notice of resignation is required at least 30 days prior to the expiry date of membership.
