6. Obligations of members continued... I] Members must produce their membership card as evidence of entitlement to any concession offered to members. Members are requested, particularly in bars and restaurants, to identify themselves as Rclub members prior to any bill being prepared. J] Members must also be prepared to produce their Membership Card at any event for the purposes of identification.
7. Disputes A] In the event of a dispute between the club and any member, the matter will be reviewed by the board of the company whose decision is final. B] In the event of a dispute between a member and one of the club's concession providers, it must be recognised that there is no liability between the club and the member. However, where possible, the club will seek to assist in the resolution of any such dispute.
8. Amendments to rules and regulations
These rules may be amended, supplemented, altered or revoked by The Renaissance Club Ltd. at any time and any such amendment, supplement, alteration or revocation shall be immediately binding on all members of the club.
9. Development of the Club If a member has any suggestions of ways in which any aspect of The Renaissance Club might be improved please let us know them and we will consider the merit of your suggestions.
