Q: “How do I know when my membership expires or is up for renewal?”
A: The Club operates a system of continuous membership with a reminder letter being sent to your address 6 weeks before your renewal date. We will then send out your new membership card and details by post. Should you wish to suspend or cancel membership please do so in writing two weeks before this renewal date. Problems may arise if we do not have your correct address details and the letter fails to reach you so once again, may we please remind you to keep your details updated.
Q: “What happens if I go travelling?”
A: If you are abroad for long periods of time we can place your membership on suspension until you return but we will need this in writing.
Q: “I don't have my login details to check what's going on through the website”
A: Please either telephone one of the team on 0870 737 2582 or, you can e-mail us at membershipsecretary@Rclub.co.ukand we will be able to give you this information.
Q: “I don't receive the e-mail updates”
A: Please check we have the correct e-mail address for you and keep us updated with any changes to this information. You can do this by logging onto the website and visiting the ‘Personal Details' section. The e-mails are the best way for you to stay in touch with the Club and the latest events and deals.
