Q: “I don't know where the deals are!”
A: The website is the most up to date guide. Then there is a Directory at the back of the magazine (due out in Spring), giving full details of all current concessions and deals. The new and updated pocket guide contains the same information. There is also a comprehensive list of this information, which may be downloaded in a link on this site. Also, the trademark ‘R‘ sticker can be found in the window of many of our affiliations coupled with weekly e-mail updates that contain details of all of our very latest deals so that you can start to take advantage of them as soon as possible!
Q: “How do I use the deals?”
A: Simply show the card at the earliest opportunity. On booking if into a nightclub or Restaurant, to the bar manager at the pubs and Bars and before payment is made in retailers. Occasionally members may have experience difficulties, where staff at affiliated companies do not recognise the membership card. This can sometimes happen if a company is new on our books or the staff is new. In this instance, try to speak to the manager or make a note of the name of the person you dealt with and inform us when convenient so that we can sort it out. We have a written contract with all affiliations and a refusal to accept the card is taken very seriously.
Q: “I have misplaced my Membership card.”
A: Please contact us either by calling 0870 737 2582 or e-mail membershipsecretary@Rclub.com membershipsecretary@rclub.com. We will get a replacement out within 48 hours.
Q: “Why do I need a discount?”
A: The savings you make with your card enable you to buy better quality and buy more of it.
Q: “I never know when deals have finished”
A: In addition to informing you as soon as possible - usually in one of our e-mail updates, there is a page on the website entitled ‘Deals Suspended' which is dedicated specifically to this, so you are always aware of the current situation.
Q: “What other services will be available,”
A: The current Rclub package of Event Management, Hotel Reservations, Luxury Market, Private Finance and Dining/networking will be joined by a Casino and Gaming area, Exchange and Mart, Flat share Directory and more. This combination of increased choice and added value to your membership is at the heart of what we strive for as a club.
