Q: “How do get the most up to date information on events in case of last minute changes”
A: Should we need to alter details at late notice we will up date the site as soon as we are able. To avoid any inconvenience, please check the site a couple of hours prior to the event and keep your email address updated as we often send out any changes via e-mail.
Q: “How do I access a wider range of events?”
A: We are now running associated parties (those arranged in conjunction with another organisation) and Third Party Events (independently planned by another company but available to members through the Rclub website). This will increase member access to ticketed events e.g. Rugby internationals, Polo, the Theatre etcetera.
Q: “I do not want to go to an event on my own.”
A: Events and parties hosted by the Club are always full of friendly faces and the event team will be on hand all night. However, we do encourage you to bring friends along so that rather than feeling under pressure, you can concentrate on having fun!
Q: “I am extremely busy and do not have time to book tickets”
A: If you would like to come to an event the booking process should not take more than 1 minute. Using the Internet, log on using your username and password; select the event and number of tickets you would like and pay using a credit card (card details may already be listed if you have requested that this information be stored in you personal section). Alternatively, telephone us in the office on 0870 737 2582.
